Maternity Program
As part of your health benefits*, we invite you (or your spouse) to participate in the Maternity Program! It is a benefit at no cost to you but you have to sign up.
When you Enroll in the Cigna Maternity Program, You are Eligible for the Following at No Cost
- A TytoCare medical exam device ($300 value) provided by Mohawk
- Dedicated Amwell pediatric physician for using the TytoCare device
- Educational materials about healthy pregnancies and healthy babies
- One-on-One help for you and your baby
- Direct access to your own nurse

* You must be an active member of a Mohawk health plan to be eligible for this program. To be eligible for the TytoCare device you need to enroll before the end of your second trimester.
